Easy returns, more time to exchange

Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days of purchase. Eligible exchanges can be requested within 30 days, giving you more time to make sure the finish is right for your space.

Start by emailing info@swancanada.ca with your name, order number and a short note. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the simple next steps.

After an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund is issued to the original payment method, less applicable shipping costs, within 1 business day.

Specialty products that are final sale

A small group of specialty products are final sale because of their size, finish or project-specific nature:

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Friendly in-store assistance

Items purchased in store can be brought back to the Swan Canada showroom. Please bring the original receipt so our team can quickly verify the purchase and help with the eligible return or exchange.

PVC 3D WALL PANELS

Limited lifetime warranty

Swan Canada offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of Swan PVC 3D Wall Panels. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under approved normal use.

If a possible defect is discovered, notify Swan Canada in writing within 14 days of discovering the issue. The product may need to be returned or made available for evaluation. After review, Swan Canada will determine whether replacement, repair or refund is appropriate.

WARRANTY LIMITS

What the warranty does not cover

The limited warranty does not include labour, transportation costs or other expenses connected to the purchase, use or installation of the product. Replacement, repair or refund are the available remedies under this warranty.

Coverage does not apply to damage caused by transportation mishandling, acts of God, customer modifications, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care or causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials.

No person, retailer, sales representative, dealer, service facility or other entity is authorized to change the terms of this limited warranty. Swan Canada is not liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from a product defect.

A few eligibility details

Most requests are simple. These details help us confirm that the product can be accepted and processed fairly.

  • Products should be unused and in their original condition.
  • Depending on the product and circumstances, a handling charge of up to 10% may apply.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable unless confirmed otherwise by Swan Canada.
