Returns and Exchanges Policy 

Online shopping should be safe and comfortable, our return / exchange policy very easy, we are happy to help you with that!

All authorized returns / exchanges must be made within 14 days and be accompanied by the original invoice, all parts must be unused and in original condition and are subject to a 30% handling charge.

Just email us your request with your name and order number at info@swancanada.ca we will send you a return form, please fill it and attached on return shipment box.

You receive a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) within 1 business day once we’ve received the product.

Items Purchased in Our Stores

Items purchased at our stores can only be returned in-store. For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It ensures you get the proper credit for your purchase, also helps our Associates process your return quickly.

 

Canada Day Special Policy 

*These terms and conditions apply exclusively to purchases made during the Canada Day Red & White Flash Sale from June 29, 8:00 AM to July 1, 8:00 PM and only on items selected for the sale.

  • The discounted prices are only valid during the sale period (June 29 - July 1).
  • All sales made during the Canada Day Red & White Flash Sale are Final Sale. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not accept deposits for items purchased during the sale.
  • All purchased items must be picked up within one week from the date of purchase.
  • There will be no price adjustments for prior purchases. Items bought before the sale will not be refunded or exchanged to match the sale prices.

SwanCanada 3D Wall Panel Limited Lifetime Warranty

Swan Canada provides a LIFETIME WARRANTY to the original purchaser of our line of Swan PVC 3D Wall Panels. This LIFETIME WARRANTY provides that the PVC material will be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under approved normal use.
If a defect is discovered in an Swan PVC product and the above conditions have been met, the customer should notify us in writing within thirty (14) days of discovering the said defect. The customer may be required to return the product to Swan Canada for evaluation. Swan Canada will then review the product and installation methods, and determine if replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

This warranty does not cover or include labor, transportation costs, or any other expenses incurred in connection with the purchase, use, or installation of the item(s). Replacements, repairs, or refunds are the only options under this limited warranty. 

This limited warranty does not cover damage from the result of mishandling in transportation, acts of God, customer modifications, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care, or other causes that did not arise from manufacturer defects in workmanship and/or materials. No person, retailer, sales rep, dealer, service facility, or entity of any type is authorized to change, modify, or amend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner. Swan Canada shall not be liable to the customer or to any other entity for any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit from any defect in any items.
